Has anyone ever heard about this? It is so crazy that THIS actually has a name now. So we have Smoking (idiots if you ask me), 2nd Hand smoking (yeah, thanks you inconsiderate nicotine crazed idiots), and now, 3rd Degree Smoking, yeah...
